Dr Scott Baumgartel
Dr Scott joined our team in 2013 after completing a prestigious federally funded postgraduate program. This program included valuable experience providing dental care to communities in the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia.
He possesses exceptional skill in restorative dentistry, and his meticulous approach allows him to expertly rejuvenate even severely compromised teeth. Dr Scott is firmly committed to our practice's philosophy of minimally invasive treatment, preserving natural tooth structure whenever possible.
Outside the clinic, he's an avid traveller with a particular passion for skiing the slopes of Japan—though we good-naturedly worry about keeping our talented dentist in one piece during his adventurous pursuits!
Dr Zoe Thorning
Zoe completed her DMD from the University of Western Australia in 2020. She worked in both the Pilbara and Gascoyne regions before returning to Perth and joining Noranda Dental.
Zoe's areas of interest include restorative and rehabilitative dentistry and surgical extractions. Outside of work, Zoe lover spending time with her cavoodle, Billie, as well as running and swims at the beach.

Oral Health Therapist
Amy completed her Certificate III & IV in Dental Assisting in 2016 and was overjoyed to join the team at Noranda Dental at the beginning of 2017. Previously Amy has worked in the hospitality industry alternating between bartending, hosting, and merchandising, while studying Health Science at university. She graduated Edith Cowan University in 2013 but decided to pursue a career in the Dental industry and loves it!
In her spare time Amy liked competing in pageants, having competed in both Miss Universe Australia and Miss World Australia; however, she has now hung up her heels and instead likes to just keep fit and healthy by running along the beautiful WA coast.
Maria
Dental Hygienist
Maria has been part of the Noranda Dental team for over 10 years. She graduated as a Dental Therapist over 20 years ago and will always meet you with a smile and friendly conversation. She enjoys spending her spare time with her family.
